Our Founders

Cherokee Rose Organics was born from the vision of Carson and Elizabeth Ashworth, a husband-and-wife team blending their unique experiences and passions.

Carson Ashworth

Carson brings over 50 years of business expertise, combining strategic vision with a track record of driving growth and innovation. Deeply respectful of his family’s oral history connecting them to the Cherokee people, Carson co-founded Cherokee Rose Organics to honor the resilience and spirit of the Cherokee Nation. Inspired by the legend of the Cherokee Rose and its ties to the Trail of Tears, Carson seeks to pay tribute to Native American heritage through the brand’s mission and values.

Inspired by Cherokee Wisdom

Cherokee Rose Organics is deeply influenced by the Cherokee Nation's reverence for nature and its symbolism. Our name honors the legend of the Cherokee Rose, tied to the Trail of Tears, where the flower became a symbol of resilience and hope.

Guided by this heritage, we craft skincare that respects the earth's resources, blending natural remedies with modern care to celebrate both tradition and innovation.
